“Consumer surveys are often tied to commercial interests. Prospex and the BioCannDo-research has proven that it can be different. Within a well-defined timeframe, Prospex moderated a Focus Group with consumers in a professional and interactive way. The Focus Group proved to be a very efficient instrument to learn more about users’ knowledge, understandings and perceptions of bio-based materials. The technical aspects of these materials were presented in a way that was accessible and understandable for everyone. We would certainly like to host future user workshops run by the Prospex-team.”
