Israeli-Palestinian-Jordanian cooperation nominated for prestigious German Sustainability Prize

The GLOWA Jordan project has been nominated for the prestigious German Sustainability Prize. The prize is baptised “Europe’s most prestigious award in the field of sustainable development” and endorsed by the German Federal Government, UNESCO, and UNICEF, among others.

The project centered around establishing a dialogue and cooperation between high level representatives of Israeli, Palestinian and Jordanian stakeholders on the future of water. It led t to an agreed set of scenarios and strategies as well as agreed actions between the three sides.

Prospex co-designed and facilitated the process between the parties, The project was run by a consortium of Universities and research institutions from Germany, Jordan, Palestine, and Israel, coordinated by the University of Tübingen.
