Prospex facilitates stakeholder workshop in Hungary
On 13 – 14 July 2015, key stakeholders from public institutions, civil society and companies alike, gathered in Szekszárd, Hungary for the first IMPRESSIONS stakeholder workshop for the Hungarian Case Study.
During the intensive and interactive 2-day workshop, participants discussed and determined future driving forces for Szekszárd and Veszprém, two local communities. After defining the key uncertainties of these driving forces, stakeholders matched these uncertainties with existing IPCC socio-economic storylines, which had been adapted for IMPRESSIONS. Based on these integrated storylines, stakeholders elaborated and further refined these specifically for the two communities, and explored the impact of extreme climate change as well.
The workshop has been professionally designed and facilitated by Prospex, making sure that participants were able to freely and fully participate in the process and provide their input.
