With recent workshops in Berlin and Troyes, Prospex and IMPRESSIONS brought stakeholders closer to action, preparing for high-end climate change. In Berlin, participants explored possible EU responses to future situations in Central Asia, Russia and China. In Troyes, participants worked out how the EU has to respond to its own challenges vis-a-vis possible extreme climate change and societal shifts. Coming from diverse actors in policy, research, business and civil society, participants developed transformational actions, which will be discussed with policy-makers.
These two highly interactive and in-depth workshops, professionally facilitated by Prospex as part of the IMPRESSIONS project, provided crucial research insights and delivered support for decision-making on climate, energy, and foreign policy, grounded in a co-created dialogue between stakeholders and scientists.
