Working with Prospex consultants, Qatar Telecom (now Ooredoo) strengthened its capacity for strategy-making and strategic decision-making while focusing on individual and group competences. The process identified concrete issues for strategic focus, such as the company‘s need for international business expansion, channelling these back to top management decision-making and subsequent roll-out.
